Cooking Challenge with Hokkaido Ingredients

In this challenge, teams cook together using fresh ingredients from Hokkaido’s land and sea. The program not only fosters closer bonds as teams share in the delicious flavors of the food and the fun of the experience, it also encourages mutual understanding and communication through competition.

Capacity: from 30 people
Time required: at least 120 minutes
Period: throughout the year (please inquire for groups over 45 people)
Approx. fee: from \510,000 for 30 people (tax included)
Venue: outdoors (indoors available for up to 45 people)
*Sushi menu only available indoors
Remarks: can be implemented in English and Chinese; vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options available.

[RULE]

After a lecture on the basic recipe from the cooking instructor, break into teams of 6-10 people and create your own original menu. Teams will be judged on teamwork, flavor, creativity, plating, etc.
